.Dream Catcher.

Remember those feathers I said I was using for a project? Well I finished, whoop! SO stoked! I made a dreamcatcher for the baby's mobile! I am adding some bohemian inspired details to her nursery.. a room we will enjoy just as much as she will..hopefully! I followed a simple how to found online here.

Native Americans believe that the night air is filled with dreams both good and bad. The dream catcher when hung over or near your bed swinging freely in the night air, catches the dreams as they flow by. The good dreams know how to pass through the dream catcher slipping through the web and sliding down the soft feathers so gently that many times the sleeper does not know she or he is dreaming. The bad dreams not knowing the way get tangled in the dream catcher and perish with the first light of the new day.

Some of the supplies, the feathers were found in our friends nesting house for her hens

Getting my lovely mums help with the wrapping of the loop!

Almost there!

Finished! I love it! The photos really don't do it justice..
but you'll be seeing it again once we finish her room :)
