Practice, Meditate, Concentrate..

SO.... for those of you who don't know.. I have 47 classes left in my 60 day Bikram Yoga Challenge.. I am posting this so I can do it again at day 60 and see how my posture improves during these poses (my two favorites).. Just seeing these pictures alone I notice some changes I need to concentrate on. :) I am in LOVE with Bikram Yoga! WHOOP! Namaste people!!
